SAN MATEO, CA --(Marketwired - January 20, 2016) - Emergence Capital, the leading enterprise cloud venture firm, announced the promotion of Santi Subotovsky to General Partner. As General Partner, Santi will continue to invest in visionary entrepreneurs who are building the next generation of iconic enterprise cloud companies.

Since joining Emergence in 2010, Santi Subotovsky has demonstrated a strong ability to engage with the next generation of technology leaders. He has led the firm's investments in Zoom.us, CrunchBase, Civitas Learning, Restorando, Quasar, Top Hat, and Xapo. He also helped structure and lead Emergence Capital's partnership with High Alpha, the venture studio started by Scott Dorsey. Before joining Emergence, Santi was an entrepreneur who founded his own company, AXG Tecnonexo, the largest e-learning vendor in Latin America. Santi graduated with distinction from Harvard Business School and he is a Kauffman Fellow and an Endeavor Entrepreneur.
